Clark Forklift Specifications
Kinds
Clark makes a range of forklift trucks such as narrow aisles, pneumatic trucks and cushion trucks. The different types differ in terms of the way they run. For example, heavy-duty forklifts used for agriculture and construction are powered by an internal combustible engine. Narrow aisle kinds designed to be used within warehouses and various other confined spaces are powered by rechargeable battery.
Lifting Capacity
Based on the type of Clark forklift trucks, the lifting capacity could vary. Battery-powered forklifts have a range from 1100-3000 kilograms, that depends on the kind. For a greater capacity range, the internal combustion types are suggested. They could lift from 1400-8000 kilograms.
Engine
Clark electrically-powered forklift trucks run on AC battery cells, either 36 volt or 48 volt. The internal combustible engine kinds have 52 to 100 horsepower engines. The IC models have automatic transmission with single-speed, two-speed or three-speed types.
Frame/Cab
The frame/cab assembly is in the center of the forklift and consists of overhead protective cover for the operator, controls and the seat. The frame consist of the engine, fuel tank, trans-axle, wheels and transmission.
